Tested at the Top
Five years of racing on the toughest tracks, in every condition the sport can throw at a bike. World cup winners Greg Minnaar, Gracey Hemstreet, and Danny Hart all played a hands-on role in shaping Team DH, bringing decades of experience and constant feedback into its development.

After four design iterations and hundreds of test days, Norco R&D engineer Kirk McDowall signed the Team DH off for production after his own race run at Yongpyong World Cup, in May 2026.

The HVP-6 layout evolved from the development of HVP and is the foundation of the Team DH. It works by mounting the rear axle and brake to the chainstay, while the seatstay and lower link control the rear wheel’s axle path. Two additional links actuate the shock, creating a six-link system designed specifically for the demands of downhill racing.

Adjustable rear shock position provides two distinct leverage-rate curves, allowing progression to be configured for rider preference, terrain, and race conditions.

Every rider who lines up at a start gate needs a setup that’s right on the first run, not the fifth. Ride Aligned applies the same precision Norco’s engineers used to develop the Team DH to your own suspension, fit, and geometry adjustments.
Norco’s proprietary Ride Aligned helps you get the most from your Team DH, with personalized recommendations informed by five years of testing and racing on World Cup tracks.

The Team DH comes in five sizes, covering riders from 5’nothing to 6’6“, with geometry developed and tested alongside World Cup athletes across that range.

An adjustable idler uses patented technology licensed from i-Track to tune anti-squat around rider preference and track conditions. Positioning alters anti-squat characteristics, providing targeted control over drivetrain response and pedal feedback without changing the core suspension layout.

“It feels smooth and it feels like you're going slow, but you're actually ripping and going way faster, but way more in control”

From the alloy front triangle to the bolt in the smallest pivot, every choice on this bike was made with intent, not convenience. That's what precision looks like.
